2023. 7 – The hot days continue…
We irrigated to the trees 3days per week, however, the sunshine was so strong for young coffee trees. The color of leaves were turning yellow day by day… In contract, the baby seedlings grew well in the shade of nursery.
2023. 8 – Surviving in the sun
We still haven’t received rains since June. The trees are patiently waiting for the rain. The leaves droop during the daytime, but we observed many buds are growing slowly.
2023. 9 – The rain begun to fall!
Finally rains fell in the farm from the mid of September… We immediately got the manure and applied to the trees. The trees showed the sign of recovery quickly. The color of leaves turned green and new shoots came out. Some trees started flowering.
